1 Return & Refund Policy

2 We accept returns within 30 days after you receive the item. Items must be unused, unwashed, free of stains or odors, and in original condition with all tags attached.

3 All sale items are final and non-returnable. Undergarment/intimate apparel cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

4 Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5 Please contact our customer service to get the return address before sending back your package. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.

6 Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

7 If returned items fail inspection, we will send the items back to you at your expense and no refund will be issued.
