Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.

Non‑returnable Items
Final‑sale items cannot be returned.

Return Process
To start a return, please contact our customer service with your order number.
Customers are responsible for return shipping cost unless the item arrives defective or wrong.

Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for bank processing.

Exchanges
If you need size or style exchange, please submit a return and place a new order.
